Biography: Mrs. Sphelele Khomo is a Chartered Accountant with an experience in Commerce and Academia. He has held the following position: Regulatory Risk Accountant, Project Accountant, Investment Manager, Lecturer and Senior Lecturer. She has lectured Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Finance. She has been a Non-Executive Board Member at Silverbridge (Alternate), Resolve Group, Lupo Bakery, Bell Equipment Sales South Africa (BESSA) and African Women Chartered Accountant (AWCA). She is currently a Non-Executive Board Member, Audit and Risk Committee Member, Finance Committee Member and Chairperson of Social and Ethics at Moses Kotane Institute (MKI). She has been the Head of Department of Accounting and Auditing, under her leadership UNIZULU achieved a SAICA Accreditation for the undergraduate programme. She has been a member of IPD (SAICA Education Committee and SAICA Accrediation Review Committte).
