Biography: Dr. M. Matyana is a lecturer and an emerging researcher in the Department of Public Administration under the faculty of Commerce, Administration and Law. He teaches second- and third-year Public Administration students. He also supervises at honors level. He has published a number of academic papers and has presented in conferences both internationally and locally.
