Biography: Miss Sifundile Z. Maphumulo is a Lecturer in the Department of Human Movement Science at the University of Zululand. She has published peer-reviewed articles in accredited journals and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Zululand. Over the past three years, she has been teaching undergraduate students at both the Richards Bay and KwaDlangezwa campuses, actively contributing to the academic and research community. Miss Maphumulo was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Award as the top achiever at the Honours level, highlighting her academic dedication and excellence.
